De Weg Naar Kralingen has been the most succesfull project in Rotterdam during the crisis. In farreaching co-creation sessions with future residents has been created a district that fits without doubt in the historical architecture language of Kralingen, as well as it represents the current flavour of the modern urbanites. Or, as someone on a forum called it: 'De Weg Naar Kralingen is both hip as retro.'
