Beugstraat Hoogvliet

This is the pilot project for ‘The Rotterdam House’ a program initiated by the municipality with the aim to build row houses for under € 200.000. We managed to develop a plan with houses available from € 181.000.   The two most important achievements in this plan where to alter the urban plan to create a central public green space and to give all the house owners, rich, poor, buyer or renter the tools to design their own house.   The tool is still available at http://www.woonmodule.nl/heerlijkhoutingen/
